Debt Collection

In the running of any business, invoices will be raised and, hopefully, paid on time and in full.

In the event that payment is not made in full in these circumstances we can assist you in collecting outstanding debts and can advise you what procedures are suitable.

Initially our pursuance of debt collection involves writing letters compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules Pre-Action Protocols, allowing a period of time for the debtor to make payment. Court proceedings, or, in extreme circumstances insolvency action, could be taken against the defaulting party.

If Court proceedings do become necessary or if insolvency action needs to be taken against an individual or business, then we have considerable experience in Court Proceedings and our experience includes bankruptcy action against individuals and liquidation proceedings against companies.
