Promoted to the FA Women’s National League Northern Division One from this season (2019/2020), Durham Cestria are the official partner club of Durham WFC and this year we’re delighted and proud to be sponsoring player Erin Nelson (sister of our very own Trainee Solicitor, Megan Nelson).

On the subs bench for their first game of the season against Bradford City WFC, Erin was brought on 38 minutes into the first half after another players collision with the goalkeeper. Erin had a great game up to 75th minute, when she herself received a strong challenge which left her on the floor receiving treatment.

This weekend (25 August), the team host Middlesbrough Women at Maiden Castle @ 2.00 pm.
