Our Immigration team understand that the onus is upon Employers to ensure that all employees are working legally in their business regardless of the size of their company. Employers who fail to do so may find themselves facing prosecution and heavy penalties. Our specialist team is able to guide Employers through the challenging and complex immigration procedures.

In addition, Employers who hold a Tier 2 sponsors licence are responsible for ensuring that they comply with their sponsor duties to avoid having their licences downgraded or revoked by the Home Office. The Home Office can visit at any time to check that Tier 2 sponsors are complying with their sponsor duties. Our team has considerable experience in acting for employers particularly in the care and leisure sectors who employ Non-EEA workers and who have been visited by the Home Office.
